Tyva AI — Instagram Direct auto-reply assistant

Tyva AI provides an automated reply assistant for Instagram professional accounts. This page explains what data we process and how you can request its deletion, in accordance with Meta Platform Terms and applicable data-protection law.

What data we process

When a business connects its Instagram professional account to Tyva AI, and a person sends a Direct message to that account, we process:

We do not access media, followers, insights, or any data beyond what is required to receive and answer Direct messages.

How long we keep it

Operational message logs are automatically deleted after 90 days by a scheduled daily job. Data is also removed when a business disconnects its account from Tyva AI or when we receive a deletion request (see below).

How to request deletion of your data

You can request deletion of the data associated with your Instagram account at any time. There are two ways:

  1. By Direct message: send the message STOP (or СТОП) to the connected account. This immediately stops the assistant from replying to you (opt-out) and flags your conversation data for deletion.
  2. By email: write to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the Instagram username you messaged from, so we can locate and remove your data.

Response time: we process deletion requests and confirm completion within 30 days of receipt. There is no cost to you.

Disconnecting the app

Account owners can revoke Tyva AI's access at any time from Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites. Revoking access stops all further processing, and stored data is deleted on the next scheduled cleanup.
